How hybrid classes work
A hybrid class combines in-class lectures and projects with online assignments, readings and tests. Students attend class on campus and complete required components online. Instructors use online technologies to transfer traditional class elements such as lectures, case studies, tutorials and quizzes to online formats. They determine which parts of the class will be online and which will take place in the classroom. Students take the online orientation as they would for any online class.
