Help desk
If you have questions about Blackboard or have problems once you’ve started your online program, help is just a click of the mouse away. Our well-staffed help desk is available nearly 90 hours each week; you can contact them by phone, email, webmail or chat. Online library
Our online division is supported by an extensive library that students can access through the web. They can use electronic journals, reference works, technical reports and databases. And we make sure that students have all the information they need to use these resources successfully.
