Programs developed with the help of legal professionals

Our legal science degrees and diploma are designed and reviewed with the help of professionals in their fields. Often employers and supervisors themselves, they know what graduates need for success. Our legal Program Advisory Committees (PACs) include experts from law enforcement and juvenile justice agencies. Members of these PACs can be paralegals, attorneys or law school instructors. They can be law office managers, bailiffs, judicial clerks or trial docket specialists. The input of these professionals is why we can say with confidence that we provide students with the knowledge and skills they need.

College credit for prior learning and work experience

Students in legal science programs often have previous college or work experience. Our school is happy to evaluate their credentials to determine whether they can receive credit toward their degree or diploma programs. Students who receive credit for their prior learning or work experience can complete their programs more quickly, saving themselves both time and money. They can get into the workforce faster and begin earning. Please contact your campus dean about the process of applying for credit.
