The admissions process at a glance
Step 1: Meet with an admissions representative. He or she will help you determine which program best meets your educational and career goals. You will also have the opportunity to discuss financial aid, learn about transfer credits and tour our Eau Claire, WI, campus. Your family or friends are welcome, too.
Step 2: Complete the application. Our representative will help as you complete the process. Many students fill out the forms by themselves, but know they can contact their reps if they have questions after they begin. Others complete our online application form. Whatever approach you take, we’re here to help.
Step 3: Meet with a financial aid representative. Many students at Globe University-Eau Claire receive some form of financial aid for college. The representative can answer your questions about scholarships awarded by our college and help you identify other sources of financial aid.
Step 4: Find out whether you qualify for college credit for prior learning or work experience. Like many students at Globe University-Eau Claire, you may have been working for a while, completed professional training sessions or taken college classes at another institution. You may be able to fulfill up to 75% of requirements with credits such as these, depending on the program. Students save time and money, so finding out whether you qualify is definitely worth the effort.
Step 5: Participate in an orientation session. At these on-campus sessions, you will buy your books, receive your course schedule and find out where your classrooms are. Orientation is also your chance to get answers to your questions about being a student at our Eau Claire campus.
